A creamy and tangy goat cheese dip full of fresh herbs makes a great dip or spread. This whipped goat cheese is an elegant, but easy appetizer recipe.
Goat cheese is the star of this recipe. I mixed in a bit of heavy cream to make it into a whipped dip instead of being too crumbly. But this recipe is made completely without cream cheese.
This makes a quick and easy snack for a party, potluck, holiday gathering or summer BBQ.

Tips and Tricks
You can substitute dried herbs for fresh in this recipe, but I really prefer and love this dip with the fresh herbs. When substituting dried herbs, remember to change the amounts as dried are stronger and take less. A standard conversion is 1 tablespoon fresh herbs = 1 teaspoon dried herbs.
If there is an herb that you don’t like then you can leave out. If desired, adjust the amount of the others you use.
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic to your liking as well.
