Sriracha Aioli is an easy dipping sauce for fries, veggies, chicken or even to add onto a sandwich or burger.
Aioli is technically a fancier sauce made from scratch with olive oil, garlic and egg. However, aioli has become super popular and it seems like it’s used interchangeably with mayonnaise when it comes to dipping sauces.
This is a simple flavored mayonnaise recipe and if you love Sriracha sauce then you should love this. I do use fresh garlic and lime juice to amp up the flavor profile.
I love getting a big bowl of fries with a bunch of different dipping sauces although a good ranch is always a god choice for fries in my opinion.

Chill for at least an hour in the fridge or until ready to serve. The longer you let it sit, the more time the Siracha Dip has for the flavors to meld together.
