Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the heavy cream and Guinness and whip until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, slowly add in the powdered sugar. Add in the vanilla and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped cream mixture.
