Sugar Cookie Dip (aka Christmas Cookie Dip)
Easy 4 ingredient cream cheese Sugar Cookie Dip. Perfect for any party. Use different colored sprinkles for various holidays. Made with real sugar cookies.
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar cookie crumbs * See Notes
- sprinkles, optional
In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese.
Using a mixer on medium speed, mix the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
Add the sugar cookie crumbs and mix until well combined.
Fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Optionally, top with sprinkles right before serving.
For sugar cookie crumbs, place whole cookies in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form.
Number of cookies needed will vary based on size of cookies
