Hot Spinach Dip
Extra cheesy, hot spinach dip made in the slow cooker. This is the spinach dip for cheese lovers!

- 16 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 12 oz fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp cayene
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- couple dashes of hot sauce
Add cream cheese, buttermilk and butter to slow cooker
Layer the chopped spinach over the top
Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker
Heat on high for an hour or until dip is warm and creamy. Stir occasionally.
