Goat Cheese Dip

A creamy and tangy goat cheese dip full of fresh herbs makes a great dip or spread. This whipped goat cheese is an elegant, but easy appetizer recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Crumble the goat cheese into the bowl of a food processor.
  • Add in heavy cream and garlic.
  • Process until mixture is creamy.
  • Scrape into a small bowl and fold in herbs.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
