Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Guinness beer
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the heavy cream and Guinness and whip until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, slowly add in the powdered sugar. Add in the vanilla and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in whipped cream mixture.
