Easy 5 ingredient dessert recipe. A touch of sea salt brings out the rich chocolate in this Dark Chocolate Fruit Dip with sea salt. Great party dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp fine ground sea salt
  • Optional: course ground sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese.
  • Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Slowly add in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated and mixture is a nice dark chocolate color.
  • Optionally, top with course ground sea salt.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Dipper suggestions: Fresh fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers
