Easy dip recipe makes a great Thanksgiving appetizer. This white cheddar, pumpkin, and sage dip is perfect for any fall gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh sage, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sage, garlic, pepper, and pumpkin until smooth.
  • Using a spatula, fold in the shredded cheese.
  • Chill or serve immediately. This dip goes well with a variety of crackers or pretzels.
