Ingredients
18 ozblock of cream cheese,softened
1cupheavy cream
1cuppowdered sugar
¼cupdark cocoa powder
1tsppeppermint extract
dark chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes,optional
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese.
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar and dark cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
Add in peppermint extract and whipped cream and whip until dip is smooth and fluffy.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Optionally, drizzle with dark chocolate syrup and/or sprinkle with crushed candy canes before serving.
