Sugar Cookie Dip (aka Christmas Cookie Dip)

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar cookie crumbs * See Notes
- sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese.
- Using a mixer on medium speed, mix the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add the sugar cookie crumbs and mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Optionally, top with sprinkles right before serving.
Notes
For sugar cookie crumbs, place whole cookies in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form.
Number of cookies needed will vary based on size of cookies
