Ingredients
18-oz block of cream cheese, softened
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
2tbspapple cider
2 1/2tspapple pie spice
1/2cupwhipped cream
2tspcaramel sauce + more for topping
Instructions
Place cream cheese in bowl and beat with a mixer until creamy and smooth.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar and brown sugar and mix until well combined.
Add apple cider, 2 tsp caramel sauce and apple pie spice and mix until incorporated.
Gently fold whipped cream into the mixture until just combined.
Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.
Before serving, drizzle the top with more caramel sauce. Helpful tip: You can cut the bottom corner off a Ziplock bag and use to drizzle the caramel sauce.
Notes
Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or cookies.
