Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Whip up this creamy roasted red pepper dip in just 5 minutes. A super quick and tasty snack or appetizer recipe.
- 1 17 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Process until dip is smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Make sure to drain the peppers really well. I patted with a paper towel after draining and let the paper towel sit in the strainer with the peppers for a bit to absorb the excess moisture.
The dip can be served immediately, but is best if chilled for at least an hour.
