Ingredients
117 ozjar of roasted red peppers,drained and patted dry
8ozcream cheese,softened
2garlic cloves,minced
1/4cupsour cream
1/2tspsmoked paprika
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Add ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Process until dip is smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Notes
Make sure to drain the peppers really well. I patted with a paper towel after draining and let the paper towel sit in the strainer with the peppers for a bit to absorb the excess moisture. The dip can be served immediately, but is best if chilled for at least an hour.
