Ingredients

  • 1 17 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  • Process until dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Notes

Make sure to drain the peppers really well. I patted with a paper towel after draining and let the paper towel sit in the strainer with the peppers for a bit to absorb the excess moisture.
The dip can be served immediately, but is best if chilled for at least an hour.
