Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped finely
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed; chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Stir until all ingredients are mixed well together
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
