Ingredients
1cupsour cream
1cupmayonnaise
1/2tspcumin
3tsplime juice
2-4canned chipotle peppers in abodo sauce2 for a milder flavor and 3-4 for spicier
1tspabodo sauce
Instructions
Remove chipotle peppers from the can and remove seeds. Be careful when handling the peppers and wear gloves if you have sensitive hands. Be sure to wash your hands well afterwards.
Add all ingredients to a blender or to a bowl and use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Notes
Dip can be made the night before and kept in the refrigerator.
