Why does it seem like the month of December gets busier every year? Does anyone else feel that way? I always think to myself: “This year, I’m going to take things slow, plan ahead, and get everything done early.” Hah! Usually, the exact opposite happens no matter how hard I try. For instance, my Christmas cards just went in the mail yesterday, Dec. 22. I don’t think I’ve ever sent them that late before, lol. At least I got them out before Christmas day. That is all that matters, right? 🙂

I used these ANDES Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips to make this Peppermint S’mores Dip. Many stores like Target carry these during Christmas time, but you can always order them online if you can’t find them in your area.
Serve this with graham crackers for a more traditional s’mores feel or with chocolate covered pretzels such as these Pretzel Crisps White Chocolate & Dark Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels.
